You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.
Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

With our premium Polytunnel Fixings, you can assemble your Polytunnel shed in no time. Our fixing down kit comes with eight pins and each pin is 8mm x 300mm. They are ideal for securing gazebos, marquees, tents and trampolines. Fixing brackets are not provided, we only supply the pins.

Delivered on time, 3 of us built it quite quickly. My only disappointment was the tears in the cover albeit small but there were a few. It’s up and running now and working well.
Needed something to keep my newly acquired 1936 Austin 7 in. Do not have a garage so needed something that would keep the weather off it. The BH03 trike cover was just the job.
It is a perfect fit and has kept it nice an dry for the last year, whats more the cover is still looking good. Only comment would be about the side vents, I had to put a strap on both vents to keep them shut. Well made and very good value for money.
This hibernation house is well made and easy to put together, looks great and the hedgehogs love it.
I ended up buying another one as I have hedgehogs living in my front and rear gardens.
These houses seem very sturdy and strong would highly recommend 10/10

Very good aviary for the price. No problems with the construction. Originally we were only planning on one flight but decided we could squeeze two flights in and we are so happy with the end result. We have yet to transfer our budgies and finches into their new home so cannot comment on how easy or not the doors are when feeding or cleaning out.
Frame is easy to put together & cover is also easy &well fitting but have seen many posts saying it is not UV protected only time will tell
Had to return as my local hedgehog rescue said it wasn’t suitable as it is too small and shouldn’t be painted on the inside even with water based preservatives
