Shipping policy


Information regarding our delivery procedure is listed below

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48hrs (weekdays only) of receiving payment, we will inform you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Our standard delivery time is up to 3 working days from the day of dispatch to the mainland only, orders to some harder to reach postcodes including the Scottish Highlands can take longer and we advise up to 8 working days due to the large and heavy nature of our items. 

We use parcel couriers to deliver boxed goods and 2 hour delivery window will be allocated on the day of delivery. The drivers will not call prior to or on arrival and will need to be able to gain access to the property to attempt to deliver. If the drivers are unable to access the property the delivery will fail and be attempted the next working day.

At every stage of your online feel good order an email will be sent confirming payment received through to dispatch.

All items should be checked on arrival for damage. If you are unable to do so they must be signed for as ‘unchecked’, failure to do so in the event that an item is damaged may affect the claims process.
