We deliver small parcels with Royal Mail.
If you have ordered this item along with a larger product they will be delivered together via courier. We use The DX and tracking will be emailed to you on its dispatch.
If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order' it will be dispatched once available and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.

You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.
Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

The Feel Good aviary extension for our hexagonal bird aviary features a solid wooden frame design. It has multiple secure opening doors to allow easy access and is very easy to assemble. The extension fits up to our hexagonal shape aviary and offers excellent space for your birds and makes an attractive garden addition. All of our aviary products arrive flat-packed and ready for construction.
