Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day and deliver them within 4 working days. Orders to some harder to reach postcodes including the Scottish Highlands can take longer and we advise up to 8 working days due to the large and heavy nature of our items.

We offer a doorstep delivery with 'The DX' and tracking will be provided via email.

All items arrive flat-packed and require assembly; instructions & fixings are included.

If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order', it will be dispatched once available, and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.

Warranty & Returns

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defaults across our entire range; This includes faulty design, materials, or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, which includes damage caused by animals, weather or where the item has been modified.

 You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.

Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

THE CHICKEN RUN FEATURES
    • The high-quality, sturdy structure will offer a safe enclosure for your pets.
    • 25mm galvanised steel tubing, rust resistant with a click-and-lock frame design. 
    • Hexagonal PVC coated wire mesh 35mm x 35mm with a 1.1mm gauge.
    • Double latched door with bracing bars for extra stability.
    • The perfect way to offer security for your pets ranging from chickens, rabbits, ducks, dogs and cats.
    • The cage comes flat-packed with clear instructions and zip ties for the wire mesh.
    • We have an extensive range of chicken coops, rabbit hutches and dog kennels which are perfect for inside the cage.
    • Depth 5.6 meters, Width 3 meters, Height 2 meters.
    • The chicken coop and covers pictured in the cage are optional extras and are not included.

    The Feel Good large outdoor galvanised pet cage is designed to create the ultimate walk-in pet enclosure whilst giving your pets improved security. The large galvanised cage is highly durable and includes a wire mesh to keep predators at bay. An ideal outdoor pen for dogs, chickens and rabbits.

     

    Considerations

    Dimensions listed are for the internal floorspace available for animals. Please allow a 4cm tolerance around the perimeter for the footplates.

    Construction;

    The mesh is delivered in a roll and will need to be cut to size based on your preference for fitting, we advise larger garden shears for this.

    Some of the brackets feature self tapping screws that will need a drill for the construction. We provide the drill bit but a hand held drill will be required to complete the build.

    Well packed and delivered on time. It is wider than 2m which is great. I've only just put it up on my allotment with help from a friend. It was straightforward, each piece was numbered with easy to follow diagrams. Yet to see how it holds up to the strong winds and storms.

    We are very pleased overall. There are two suggestions which could improve the instructions in future: They say "all poles are to be placed on the inside of the polytunnel". In fact, the two side braces (number 20) go on the outside. Also, there is no info on where to put the 6 black plastic bungs. The tunnel itself is well made, but no water butt could ever fit under the gutter and leave room at its bottom to draw water out of a tap into a can. Good value and we are looking forward to our first crops.

    Here's a little more about our walk in Chicken Runs

    ESSENTIAL FEATURES: Our galvanised walk in chicken runs are the perfect way to offer space and security to your chickens. They are ideal for placing a chicken coop inside of which gives your chickens both shelter and plenty of space to roam. The chicken run is covered in secure pvc coated chicken wire with plenty included to cove the chicken run.

    FUNCTIONAL DESIGN: The strong galvanised steel frame is constructed using spring loaded button clip connectors which ensure an easy build for the chicken run. The door has two latches included which will keep the door shut securely from predators. We’ve designed the cage with high sides and a curved roof to give maximum head room for you whilst inside the cage, this is often harder in apex versions.

    PET PRIORITY: Keeping your chickens happy is top of our list when it comes to the design of our chicken coops & runs and the space our chicken run offers is a happy compromise when you are unable to offer a free-range option all of the time.

    PEST & PREDATOR SECURE: Our steel framed chicken run is as well designed and secure as our chicken coops, in fact they work together perfectly to offer a safe, secure and comfortable home for your pets that provides protection from weather and predators.

    Bought to go over my raised vegetable beds, because my dogs keep jumping in them and eating what's growing! Absolutely perfect for my needs. Easy to erect - in fact one person did it on their own. Delivery was as promised. Would recommend the product and the service. I plan to buy another one early next year so that I can grow more veggies!

    The run was delivered promptly. It was easy to assemble, with reasonably clear instructions. Unfortunately, in our case, one the poles for the door was broken. On the upside, customer services were very helpful and replaced it very quickly. It was supplied with plenty of chicken wire and ties. The run successfully keeps our hens separated from wild birds and is light enough for two adults to lift and move when needed.

    Arrived quickly, good delivery and at a good price. Assembled on my own so took a good weekend to complete.
    Couple of minor gripes: The netting isn’t quite wide enough to span between each roof spar which is annoying and the tabs on the door latches are only on one side which is the wrong side for my set-up.
    That said, there was plenty of netting and cable ties and the final result is surprisingly sturdy.
