We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day and deliver them within 4 working days.
We offer a doorstep delivery with 'The DX' and tracking will be provided via email.
All items arrive flat-packed and require assembly; instructions & fixings are included.
If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order', it will be dispatched once available, and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty & Returns
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defaults across our entire range; This includes faulty design, materials, or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, which includes damage caused by animals, weather or where the item has been modified.
You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.
Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

Maintenance
Maintenance
All of our outdoor pet homes arrive ready to be positioned outside once assembled and are pre-treated with a water-based preservative. We advise a yearly maintenance routine which includes checking latches and mesh for security and applying a layer of water-based wood preservative.
By adequality caring for and maintaining your pet home, you can expect the most extended lifespan possible, and you will ensure your pets are kept as safe as possible.
THE LARGE AVIARY FEATURES
- This is ideal for birds and many other pets including Cats and Chipmunks.
- Multiple opening doors with 3 flight areas and perches. Nesting boxes in the shelter.
- Removable mats in the shelter for easy cleaning.
- Sliding door to shut shelter off from the flight area.
- Galvanised 1cm x 1cm square wire mesh not only keeps your pets safe and secure but also keeps predators out.
- Flat packed with all the fittings and clear instructions. 2 box item
- The aviary is treated using a water-based anti-fungicidal animal and environment-friendly stain.
- Mesh measures approx 1.2cm square
The Feel Good Large Bird Aviary is made with a sturdy solid wooden frame, it includes wooden perches and internal nesting boxes. A spacious flight gives plenty of space for your birds and an internal section provides shelter from the weather. Multiple doors allow easy access to the Aviary and flight for cleaning and maintenance. Suitable for keeping birds and other pets like cats and chipmunks. Built with strong wire mesh and pre-treated woodwork to ensure maximum stability.

Arrived on time and easy to put on frame but could have done with more. Fortunately a neighbourly plot owner had a spare one.
Well packed and delivered on time. It is wider than 2m which is great. I've only just put it up on my allotment with help from a friend. It was straightforward, each piece was numbered with easy to follow diagrams. Yet to see how it holds up to the strong winds and storms.
We were happy with our budgie avairy. Put it on a wooden base and legs so don't have to bend down. Overall very happy.
We are very pleased overall. There are two suggestions which could improve the instructions in future: They say "all poles are to be placed on the inside of the polytunnel". In fact, the two side braces (number 20) go on the outside. Also, there is no info on where to put the 6 black plastic bungs. The tunnel itself is well made, but no water butt could ever fit under the gutter and leave room at its bottom to draw water out of a tap into a can. Good value and we are looking forward to our first crops.
Attractive looking hutch for one or two rabbits. Really cosy if you buy the rain cover to go with it.

What is the size in inches
Very well made and great value for money, very pleased with it.
Great sized aviary brilliant for my finches. Only thing I could say is could do with some smaller door on top just so you can change food easier without risking escape of birds. We are building a secure door to attach to it but overall fab… I am buying another.
Looks good , but I haven’t built it yet as the weather is not good enough yet , i’ll send photos when it’s been erected
Good value, good communication along with fast dispatch, comes in two box’s. All parts are numbered. Overall an excellent purchase. However the instruction images could do with enlarging, plus the website photos were not the same especially the sloping roof construction section section. If your building it for outside paint it before putting it together.
