We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day and deliver them within 4 working days.
We offer a doorstep delivery with 'The DX' and tracking will be provided via email.
All items arrive flat-packed and require assembly; instructions & fixings are included.
If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order', it will be dispatched once available, and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty & Returns
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defaults across our entire range; This includes faulty design, materials, or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, which includes weather damage or where the item has been modified.
You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.
Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

The Feel Good UK cold frame is a great way to keep overnight frost off delicate plants and develop plants early in the season. Featuring a solid wood framework, in a light sage grey finish and with PVC panels to allow the correct UV light levels in, you'll be seeing the benefits in no time. The cold frame offers full coverage against heavy rain, frost and snow so your crops can flourish. Mostly ideal for smaller plants. It has a lift-up lid to increase ventilation when needed, it arrives flat-packed with full instructions and has an optional tough planter to order separately.
Can be added as a cold frame top to our trough planter and herb garden.

Arrived on time and easy to put on frame but could have done with more. Fortunately a neighbourly plot owner had a spare one.
Well packed and delivered on time. It is wider than 2m which is great. I've only just put it up on my allotment with help from a friend. It was straightforward, each piece was numbered with easy to follow diagrams. Yet to see how it holds up to the strong winds and storms.
We were happy with our budgie avairy. Put it on a wooden base and legs so don't have to bend down. Overall very happy.
We are very pleased overall. There are two suggestions which could improve the instructions in future: They say "all poles are to be placed on the inside of the polytunnel". In fact, the two side braces (number 20) go on the outside. Also, there is no info on where to put the 6 black plastic bungs. The tunnel itself is well made, but no water butt could ever fit under the gutter and leave room at its bottom to draw water out of a tap into a can. Good value and we are looking forward to our first crops.
Attractive looking hutch for one or two rabbits. Really cosy if you buy the rain cover to go with it.
