We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 72hrs (weekdays only) of receiving payment, we will inform you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Our standard delivery time is up to 48hrs from the day of dispatch to mainland only.
A typical example on the standard delivery service would be,
If Order Dispatched Tuesday – Receive Delivery Thursday
If Order Dispatched Wednesday – Receive Delivery Friday
If Order Dispatched Thursday – Receive Delivery the following Monday
If Order Dispatched Friday – Receive Delivery the following Tuesday
Please look out for delivery notifications by txt or email as these will be more accurate.
At every stage of your online feel good order an email will be sent confirming payment received through to dispatch.
Each product page has the delivery price for that item & instock or pre-order notice.
Delivery may work out cheaper if more then one item is added to the basket, this is calculated at the checkout.
All items should be checked on arrival for damage. If you are unable to do so they must be signed for as ‘unchecked’, failure to do so in the event that an item is damaged may affect the claims process.

Austria / Belgium / France / Germany / Denmark / Greece / Italy / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain / Sweden / Switzerland
Most orders are shipped by Parcelforce & they aim to deliver between 7am – 7pm
They are unable to give an exact time for delivery
A signature will be required at delivery. If there will be no one available to sign for your order, you may leave a signed note on your door advising the delivery company what to do (eg leave with a neighbor etc), they will often oblige. If a delivery attempt is made without success, the driver may leave a card, however this is not guaranteed but re-delivery will be attempted the next working day
