We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day and deliver them within 4 working days.
We offer a doorstep delivery with 'The DX' and tracking will be provided via email.
All items arrive flat-packed and require assembly; instructions & fixings are included.
If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order', it will be dispatched once available, and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty & Returns
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defaults across our entire range; This includes faulty design, materials, or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, which includes weather damage or where the item has been modified.
You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.
Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

The Feel Good wooden Cold Frame Greenhouse will make a great addition to a garden or allotment. The PCV panels allow the right UV light levels inside to help you grow smaller plants or seedlings, whilst protecting them from overnight frosts. The sturdy cold frame has three slatted shelves as well as two front opening doors and two opening roof panels for ventilation. The slim profile makes it ideal for a narrow garden and for utilising awkward spaces in your garden.

The replacement cover came in quick time, was easy to install, and we now have a tunnel like new. Brilliant service. Thank you.
Brilliant tunnel strong great for hiding in the rain🥳 but even better for growing plants in soil. In the five years since I last replaced the cover the soil level has risen about 5” in the beds. Easy to fit cover I’ve used zip ties on bottom rail to hold cover down with the ties through it. Bit difficult tightening up bolts on rails after the cover is on so before is better. I’m using the 3 bed system with paths down the sides enjoy 😊

I bought this to replace a different make of poly tunnel that had not stood up to the hill side allotment weather . This tunnel is far superior, really sturdy frame easily put together ( although some of the instructions were vague ) . It says it all that this was recommended to me by fellow allotment holders who have had this make for years . Great investment

Arrived on time and easy to put on frame but could have done with more. Fortunately a neighbourly plot owner had a spare one.
Well packed and delivered on time. It is wider than 2m which is great. I've only just put it up on my allotment with help from a friend. It was straightforward, each piece was numbered with easy to follow diagrams. Yet to see how it holds up to the strong winds and storms.
