What are the payment options?
Our online card payments are transacted through PayPal, at no point do we see or hold any of your card/payment details. The process is fully automated and 100% secure. All major debit/credit cards are accepted.
When proceeding through checkout we will ask you to specify your delivery address, contact telephone number and email address. We use this data for no other purpose than veryfying your delivery address & keeping you informed. We do not share any of your details with any third party company.
How long does delivery take if my product is instock?
Delivery in the UK will take no longer then 72hrs from dispatch. Ireland & Scottish highlands take 3-5 days while Europe can take up to 8 days depending on location. Please allow 48 hours before requesting a tracking number. We use a number of different couriers to dispatch our products including Parcelforce, DHL, Interlink Express, TNT & DPD.
What guarantee do Feel Good offer?
You are covered by the sales of goods act & distant selling regulations along with our 12 month warranty which covers defect caused by faulty design, manufacture, materials or workmanship. Defects caused by abnormal use, misuse or neglect are not covered.
What if I want to return an item?
If you wish to return your order simply contact us within as soon as possible, but before 10 working days of delivery. All we ask is that the product be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
What if my product arrives damaged or gets lost?
It is very important that the packaging be inspected upon delivery; please sign for the box “damaged” no matter how small the box damage might be. We can then process a claim and dispatch a new order to you. If your product is lost we will post another swiftly.
