Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Confirmation of Order:
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All orders accepted by Feel Good UK are subject to the following conditions, not withstanding anything which may be stated to the contrary by the customer unless otherwise by a director of Feel Good UK in writing.

1. Prices
All prices quoted are:
a. Those ruling at the date of despatch
b. Exclude delivery to the UK mainland subject to condition 2a
c. Ex-works for export
d. Inclusive of VAT
Feel Good UK reserves the right to alter prices at any time prior to delivery without prior notice.

2. Carriage
a. Carriage is chargeable on all orders at the current rate (please see delivery page)

3. Despatch
a. Every effort will be made to fulfil promises of despatch and delivery to the address shown of the quotation / order but no liability for failure to do so can be accepted. Despatch will only be affected to the customers own premises unless Feel Good UK has specifically agreed to the contrary.
b. Feel Good UK reserves the right to make delivery by instalments and in this case to tender a separate invoice in respect of each instalment
c. Time of delivery is not of the essence

4. Damage / loss in transit
a. Feel Good UK accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer or carriers failure to comply with requirements with respect with notification of damage / shortage / non delivery of goods
b. Goods should be inspected on receipt and the delivery paperwork only signed once the goods have been checked, any damage shortage should be advised in writing to the carriers and to ourselves within 3 days
c. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection at Feel Good UK discretion
d. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to forward photographic evidence of the damage
e. Damaged goods returned to Feel Good UK will only be accepted if carriage is paid and after the company's prior written consent
f. Non delivery must be advised in writing to the carriers and ourselves within 14 days of date of advice note

5. Returns
a. Goods supplied in accordance with customers orders cannot be accepted for return without company's prior consent
b. Returned goods must be sent carriage paid
c. Feel Good UK reserves the right to levy a handling charge where goods are returned for credit / replacement

6. Payment
a. All goods must be paid in full before dispatch or at the point of order, including pre-order items.

7. Risk and title
a. Risk shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to or collected by the customer and his agent.

8. Warranty
a. No representation of warranty is made to the suitability or fitness of the goods for any particular purpose, and the customer shall satisfy himself in this respect and be totally responsible therefore.

10. Exclusions
a. Clause 10 only covers defect caused by faulty design, manufacture, materials or workmanship. Defects caused by abnormal use, misuse or neglect are not covered
b. Feel Good UK agrees that if any defect covered by cause 10 is discovered during the period of 12 months from date of dispatch Feel Good UK will at it's own discretion either repair the goods at its own expense or replace the conditional upon the customer:
i. Informing Feel Good UK of the relevant defect in writing within 7 days of it's discovery
ii. Returning the goods to Feel Good UK at his own expense
iii. in consideration for receiving the benefit of this clause, agreeing that a part from these terms set out in clause 9 and 10 no other term, condition or warranty, express or implied shall form part of this contract
c. Damage incurred by "end consumer" where they have incorrectly assembled the goods is not covered by our 12 month warranty
d. Feel Good UK shall not be liable for any consequential loss suffered by the customer however arising
e. Feel Good UK total liability for any claims arising from any one act or default shall be limited to the contract price

11. Sales promotion documentation
a. Whilst every care is taken in their preparation, catalogues, technical circulars, price lists and other literature are for the customer’s guidance only and do not constitute representations and Feel Good UK shall not be bound thereby.
b. All images, photos, graphic and artwork within Feel Good UK catalogues, technical circulars, price lists, websites and all literature remain the property of Feel Good UK and this imagery may not be used on any literature, brochure, website or any advertising medium without the prior written consent of. Feel Good UK.
c. We reserve the right to stop producing or to change, for any reason whatsoever, any model in our collection, without prior notice

12. Use of the Trademark
a. Feel Good UK trademark may not be used on headed notepaper, nor in a brochure or website or on any advertising medium without the prior written consent of. Feel Good UK.

 

 

Limited Polytunnel Warranty: All Polytunnel equipment has been carefully tested and inspected at the factory. It is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any parts that, upon examination, prove to be defective in material and workmanship or courier mishandling. Pictures may be required in order to process a claim. Polytunnel covers will not be replaced under any circumstance unless they were used/built to the exact method as shown in the build guide. Covers are only guaranteed for 6 months maximum and replacements are available at a cost, please contact sales@feelgood uk.net for a quote.

NOTE: This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, or abuse. The warranty is void if products are used for any purpose other than that which was intended or built/used as outlined in the manufactures instruction/build guide.
