Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day and deliver them within 4 working days. Orders to some harder to reach postcodes including the Scottish Highlands can take longer and we advise up to 8 working days due to the large and heavy nature of our items.

We offer a doorstep delivery with 'The DX' and tracking will be provided via email.

All items arrive flat-packed and require assembly; instructions & fixings are included.

If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order', it will be dispatched once available, and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty & Returns

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defaults across our entire range; This includes faulty design, materials, or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, which includes damage caused by animals, weather or where the item has been modified.

 You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.

Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

ESSENTIAL POLY TUNNEL FEATURES: The Feel Good UK 3m Polytunnel is designed to give you all the features you might need when growing your own food supply – Our strong metal framed door offers a far superior design to zip door models which often break fairy quickly.

FUNCTIONAL DESIGN: The 25mm galvanised frame is sturdy and whilst the bars are easy to click together each joint is welded and additional support bars are fitted to each corner to ensure stability through the winter months

PLANT PRIORITY: A strip window runs down one side and is fitted with mesh to keep bugs out whilst allowing ventilation, a clever feature allows the plastic flap to be clipped up creating a water catcher which funnels water to the end allowing you to place a water butt under it.

HEAVY DUTY POLYTUNNEL COVER: As well as superior framework our covers are 140gsm and the UPVC cover will let ample UV light in whilst also being expected to last a number of season in the British climate. There is ample skirt material around the bottom of the polytunnel cover to be dug into the ground for additional stability.

SIZE & EXTRAS: Overall Width is 2m, Overall Height is 2m, Overall Depth is 3m, Door opening is extra wide at 89cm wide, ideal for a barrow to get through.
